To celebrate the launch of our catering business, we invited some family and friends to try some of our food. I smoked some venison, brisket, spare ribs, chicken, and pork shoulder. We debuted our homemade BBQ sauces which consist of a sweet n' hot, original, and North and South Carolina sauces.To accompany it we made our sweet potato mash, cornbread, a traditional and mayo-free coleslaw, and mac n' cheese. To finish the day we made caramel, raspberry, and strawberry cheesecake bites. We had great reviews and the best part, I got to share what I love to do with the people closest to me.
